Return a Product

Changed your mind or received something wrong? You have 5 days from collection to return it — here's exactly how.

Return process — step by step

Check your return window
You have 5 days from the date you collected your order. After that the window closes and returns are no longer possible. Check the countdown in Orders → Return Window.

Bring the item to the hub physically
Returns cannot be done remotely. Bring the item in its original condition to the Jirani Hub counter in Dagoretti South. Partial returns are accepted — you can return individual items from a multi-item order.

Show your order ticket
Have your ticket code ready — found in Orders → Active Orders or Order History. Our staff will look up your order and process the return on the spot.

Refund sent within 1–2 business days
Once the return is accepted, the seller payout for that item is cancelled and your refund is processed. You'll receive an M-Pesa payment directly to your phone within 1–2 business days.

Non-returnable items
Fresh produce, perishable food items and made-to-order products cannot be returned once collected. Check the product listing for specific return eligibility before ordering.
