The shop is open Monday to Saturday, 07:00 – 20:00. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
No appointment needed. Just walk in, browse what's in stock, and buy at the counter.
Absolutely. The counter is staffed throughout opening hours. Walk in, pick what you want, and pay by M-Pesa or cash. No account, no app, no pre-ordering required. It works exactly like any neighbourhood shop.
Yes. Select Pickup when ordering online, come in during opening hours, show your ticket code on your phone (no printing needed), pay any outstanding balance, and collect your packed order.
You can also send a family member or friend — they just need your ticket code on their phone.
Yes — all seller stock is handled this way. Once your application is approved you receive a permanent Seller Badge (e.g. SLR-0042). Bring your products to the shop, show your badge at the counter, and staff confirm your intake. Your product goes Live immediately. No paperwork.
Jirani Hub is a community marketplace in Mutuini-Kirigu, Dagoretti South, connecting local farmers and artisans directly with buyers in the neighbourhood. Browse online, reserve with M-Pesa, and collect from our physical shop or request home delivery by motorbike.
You can browse without an account. To reserve products, track orders, save a wishlist, or request delivery you need a free account — under a minute to register. Google sign-in is also available.
Walk-in purchases at the shop need no account at all.
Coming Soon means the seller is approved and live on the site, but stock has not yet physically arrived at our shop. You can still reserve with a 40% deposit to hold your spot in the queue.
When stock arrives at the shop we notify you on WhatsApp and you choose pickup or delivery.

No hidden fees — ever. Every product price already includes Jirani Hub's service fee. Delivery fees are shown separately and clearly before you confirm. What you see is what you pay.
Yes. At checkout you can add a small bag (KSh 20) or large bag (KSh 50). Bag fees are included in the total and in the 40% deposit calculation for reservations.
Pay 40% of the total via M-Pesa and receive a unique ticket code (e.g. TICKET-3A7F2C). At collection or delivery the ticket is verified and the 60% balance is collected. Simple — no paperwork, no confusion.
Yes — share the ticket code by screenshot or message. They come to the shop, show the code, pay the exact balance shown on the ticket, and collect the packed order. No account needed on their end.
Three places: (1) on screen immediately after payment, (2) in My Account → Reservations, (3) in a WhatsApp confirmation message. Show it on your phone at the counter — printing is not needed.
Reservations are valid for 3 days. For Coming Soon products, the 3-day clock starts when stock is confirmed at the shop. Contact us on WhatsApp before it expires if you need an extension.
We deliver within Dagoretti South to specific landmarks in Mutuini (Zone 1) and Kirigu (Zone 2). See the full landmark list and fees on our Deliveries page. Tell us your location to get your area added.

Each slot has limited capacity. Full slots are hidden automatically at checkout.
The minimum product total is KSh 500 (not including the delivery fee or bags). Smaller orders are welcome for shop pickup or as a walk-in.
The rider accepts M-Pesa or cash. Your exact balance is on your ticket — the rider has it too. No guessing, no disagreement. The rider will always call before arriving. If you paid in full online, nothing is due at the door.
Fill in the Sell With Us form — your details, product, asking price and up to 4 photos. We review every application and respond via WhatsApp within 24–48 hours.
You set your own asking price. Jirani Hub adds a 15% service fee on top, charged to the buyer — never deducted from you. You always receive your full asking price.
Example: You ask KSh 100 → buyer pays KSh 115 → you receive KSh 100.
Once approved you receive a permanent Seller Badge (SLR-XXXX). When ready to sell, bring your products to the shop and present your badge at the counter. Staff confirm intake and your product goes Live on the marketplace instantly. No paperwork, no waiting.
Payouts are made by the admin via M-Pesa or cash at the shop. Every sale creates a payout record for your full asking price. Track all pending and paid payouts in My Account → Seller Dashboard.
Card payments are not currently supported.
Find the M-Pesa reference code in your Safaricom SMS (e.g. QDK3X7Y9P2) and send it to us on WhatsApp at +254 742 744 502. Every M-Pesa reference is traceable — we confirm manually and no payment is ever lost.
When you reserve, you pay 40% of the full order total — that includes product price, carrier bags, and delivery fee if applicable. The remaining 60% is due at collection or delivery. The exact amounts are calculated automatically and shown clearly on your ticket before you pay.
Click Sign In on any page, then Create Account. Enter your name, email and password — you are signed in immediately. Google sign-in (one tap) is also available.

Yes. In My Account → Address Book you can save up to 3 addresses with nicknames (e.g. Home, Mum's, Office) for faster checkout next time.
