Before placing a delivery order, check these rules to ensure everything goes smoothly.
Delivery applies to product totals of KSh 500 or more, excluding the delivery fee and bags. Smaller orders can be collected at the shop.
Each slot has a cutoff time. Orders placed after cutoff go to the next available slot. Cutoffs are shown on each slot card below.
Reservation requires a 40% M-Pesa deposit covering products, bags and delivery fee. The rider collects the balance at your door.
Your assigned rider will always call your registered phone number before arriving. Keep your phone on during your chosen slot window.
Delivery is to specific landmarks only. Select your nearest landmark at checkout. Fees are fixed per landmark — no surprises.
Riders accept M-Pesa or cash for the balance. If you paid in full online, nothing is owed at delivery.
Four windows available Monday–Saturday. Slots are limited — fully booked slots are hidden at checkout automatically.
Zones are managed live from the admin panel. Every new zone, subzone or landmark added by admin appears here automatically — no developer involved.
